And I was very surprised to hear that Taylor had only been in her role a short time and showed a level of understanding well above her Years .I received comprehensive and detailed information throughout the call and would not hesitate to recommend her personally and A-Plan Tooting in the future .We have now transferred all our 3 vehicles to A-Plan .
Taylor is certainly a credit to the A-Plan Team .

Not bad. Personable and dedicated but cost crept up quite a bit. We’re living through a cost of living crisis and this significant increase leads me to do something I didn’t want to do and that’s shop around. It’s a pity there is little reward for loyalty. Thank you all the same.

I emailed on the 21st June I had contact by phone on the 22nd June unfortunately I missed the call so I called back & was dealt with by a guy called Lewis who was extremely friendly, thorough, patient and very good at his job...and he sorted our caravan insurance out.

I’ve had my vehicle insurance with A-Plan for about 13 years now, just taken out another policy on a second vehicle and as usual a fair price and hassle free. I have looked around through the previous years to see what other companies can offer but they can’t match what A-Plan offers me , a great company and very easy to deal with so hopefully many more happy years with them

Firstly the quote was very competitive and secondly the following up from the staff via phone was also much appreciated when there was an error from my previous insurers paperwork and an error on their side with cover amounts which they quickly rectified and again called to confirm with updated documentation.
