Justyna Zielinska-Duarte at Tooting my claims handler has been a fantastic support, and v professional and knowledgeable about what I am entitled to on my insurance, flagging up the insurance protection I had which greatly put my mind at rest. With all the prices rising so much, and not having any luck with any insurance providers getting the cost below £100 a month, I called APlan and I'm very much glad I did! Chantal Vince at Tooting was absolutely amazing, she was so nice, friendly and super helpful. She explained everything to me, gave me lots of options and I didn't feel like I was once being tricked into anything or persuaded to do anything i didn't want to! She was absolutely fab! I highly recommend A Plan as their customer service is just outstanding- they really do try their best to help

Being able to take my (elderly) Mum into a branch of A-plan (Salisbury) where she can actually speak to someone face to face.
And not have to go through several menus on the phone.
