You are supposed always to be trying to find me the best deal. I changed my car and your approach was to accept the quite outrageous price the existing insurer quoted. When I insisted you shop around you got a better deal with an insurer I suggested. On renewal I will insure direct with an h surer. No pint in having you if your not trying to get me the best deal

Local insurers with fantastic customer service. Richard went out of his way to find me the best deal for my car insurance.

It was easy to complete the information over the phone with the guy I was speaking to the only thing that made things a bit difficult was I then received emails about more information I had to do which it would have been better had I been told about over all the service was good

Attempting to renew my car insurance over the 'phone, the first agent properly discussed options, except cover for home start call-out. When the documentation arrived this wasn't covered but there was a reference to a variant Zurich policy. When I called back and spoke to a different agent - as well as him coughing and spluttering throughout the call (and acknowledging that he had a heavy cold !) he could not satisfactorily explain the policy differences. An eventual call back to the original agent did resolve this and the additional cover was added, mostly at a lower cost as a courtesy for the previous poor service.

From the first contact the company staff were helpful, knowledgeable and listened. Any question I asked was answered clearly so that I understood the facts. They were caring and made sure that what I wanted was included in the plan. It was so nice to talk to a real person not an automated voice or left sitting on the phone for ages.
