The service provided by the A- Plan stall was first class and I personally thought the Renewal Premium quoted was very competitive and as I have been a client with A-Plan for many years, I had no intention of changing the Team that handled my renewal.

Good customer service but I always have to negotiate to get a competitive price. Pretty industry standard, but it’s my pet hate. Loyalty should be rewarded and a super competitive renewal offered as standard. Instead I find an equivalent policy that’s cheaper then they price match.

The person that arranged my insurance was Gaya, who I first spoke to around a year ago, very professional and had a full understanding of people like me, a former company car driver of 40 years, so in effect this was my first car insurance since the 1980's, so the hurdle of not having any NCB had to be overcome.

I haven't had to change my home insurance for over 15 years but was forced to as the company i've used terminated the agreement because of home insurance not been available with them no more. I was recommended this company and they help me through the process and made it clear what was needed to protect my home and its contents. Very impressed with the service and will be looking to transfer all my insurances to them in future.

After years of renewing insurance on line,it was good to be able to sit down and speak in person to someone.Dave,the manager,was friendly,welcoming,and very knowledgeable about the products.

Hi having 2 car's requiring renewal on the 31st & the 1st it can be an expensive experience, I have been with A Plan for over 13yrs with my various vehicle's and my partners new car insurance quote was extortionate with her company! So I enquired when renewing my cover about hers? Result was excellent & we obtained cover to drive each others car's at a very competitive price with exactly the cover we required.
