I've been with A-Plan for a number of years across a number of products including, car, van and home insurance.
They've always worked to find me and my family the best deals, taking the time to explain the products we're purchasing. Recently we required some paperwork and instead of fumbling through an online portal, or waiting on hold, I was able to pop in to the Winchester branch and get the documents I needed on their letter headed paper. It's little things like this that make going through A-Plan really worth while.
Jonathan at the Winchester branch has worked incredibly hard to get us the best deal possible on our recently home and contents renewal, and I'm really pleased with both the service and the overrall coverage.
