My motor insurance policy was renewed today promptly and efficiently by Felicia Agboka in the Tooting office of A-Plan Insurance, some 15 minutes before the office was to close for the day. The service advisor seemed as fresh as if she had just started the day, efficient, professional and as sharp or as 'bright as a button'. It was refreshing to receive service is this efficient way, which I can say is the general experience with the advisors in this office. My experience today was again particularly reinforced today. Thank you M/s Agboka, thank you A-Plan in the Tooting office and the management there.

We have been with A-Plan insurance for many years, for all our commercial vehicles & public liability ins. We have found them to be second to non. They deal with any query quickly & easily. We often have to make changes to policies this again is dealt with quickly & efficiently.
I added a new vehicle this week and the agent:Chantal Vince at Tooting, was the best yet, its always a long, little tedious task, but she was so patient, gave us a great price, and her expertise was superb.

I have just reviewed for a second year with APlan. Very proactive and helpful service from Tasmyn Billington, who followed up with a call and an email after sending me my renewal documents. She was then very helpful in checking that the policy still met my needs and that it was as cost effective as possible.
Renewing your car insurance is a pain in the proverbial even if it is straightforward, so working with a company that services customers properly rather than making them do all the legwork makes the process much less hassle.

I had the pleasure of deaing with Marie at the High Wycombe office. Thorough and detailed attention was paid to my needs and complex queries handled by her and also passed to the Claims Manager for the more technical perpectives. This ensured that the correct product was recommended to me. Remember people, with insurance it isnt always about getting the cheapest cover it is about getting the correct cover. I know from experience that when you need to claim you will regret not having been thorough. Buy the correct insurance and use Marie to help you find it.

We all Know what we think about insurance Companies, but finding the right agent to scope through all the possibilities can make life so much easier and the experience so worth while. Well I have been with A Plan in Eastligh for around 20 years and have all my insurance go through them. Once you find the right guys there really is no turning back. Just had a nightmare with a recent insuance deal, so to speak and if it wasn't for Paul at A plan I think I'd be hanging by the rafters by now. Joking aside. This Company is a definite yes from me. Fully recommend.
