To find customer care like this in the world of insurance is as rare as hens teeth. Since owning my classic car I’ve always been insured with Howden and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you need something done and done right, speak to Tay (Thatcham branch).
My renewal is up next week and I found an incredibly competitive rate with another specialist insurer. Tay managed to drop my premium to match and saved me over £200, along with arranging several other perks at no extra cost. He also processed and finalised my agreed valuation, all in the space of a phonecall. I have never known such flawless customer care and an easier process to deal with.
You can add a tenner to my premium and get this man a crate of beer.

It was good to talk to a person on the phone without having to wait for ages. My details were taken and then an advisor called me to discuss my requirements further to find a car insurance which met my needs and was more affordable than the company I had previously been with. Very customer friendly staff and an easy experience. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Howden were absolutely first class, I cannot recommend them enough. On a Friday afternoon, with many queries and issues, they made the whole process easy and seamless. They even called on Saturday morning to take the payment for me!

Wonderful Insurance Brokers, especially Stephanie at the Salisbury Branch, though still not finalised this is due to the Underwriters (First Underwriting) who are absolutely useless, beggars belief. But Stephanie has been so helpful, polite and working so hard to resolve everything and deserve a medal, thank you so much. My 82 (almost 83) Dad is so impressed with Howden (APlan), as he does things face to face not online.
