When I recently visited the Kidderminster branch to get a car insurance quote, the staff were extremely busy, dealing with both in-branch customers and what seemed continuous telephone calls. Nevertheless, the Branch Manager was prepared spent considerable time attending to my exacting requirements, and eventually sourced a competitive price, which I was delighted to accept.

I recently arranged Car, Home & Contents Insurance, via A Plan Insurance Brokers, in Newton Abbot, Devon. My experience of using A Plan was very positive indeed. They were very easy to contact on the phone and have a branch in my local town, so I could simply call in, in person, to arrange my insurance cover. All the staff were professional, friendly and approachable. Dale Shirt, who arranged my insurance cover, was very helpful indeed from the outset and answered my phone calls in a timely manner. He was able to beat the renewal quote I received from my existing insurer and answer any questions I had, confidently and competently, which was very reassuring. After my appointment with A Plan Insurance, I left feeling I had placed my insurance needs, in very good hands and would recommend them highly.

When I actually got to their office in thatcham every thing went smoothly and I was signed up there and then, but unfortunately like many companies nowadays they don't cater for deaf people who cannot use a telephone. I had tried to find an alternative way to contact them but none was offered resulting in me having to make a 172 mile return trip to obtain cover, this is something APlan you should consider seriously in the future, not everyone is the same

Taylor from your Tooting office, is a star. Patient and considerate, as well as professional, thorough and extremely helpful. I can say that Taylor tried extremely hard to find me a like for like car insurance quote that fitted with my needs. On this occasion unfortunately we couldn’t quite get there without removing a named driver. I would love to give Taylor a shout out for going above and beyond and even when I didn’t purchase insurance from you this time, I will most def be coming back next year and will recommend Aplan to my family and friends.
