Really disappointmented with the hike in premium this year. So had to take my son off the policy to bring the premium down to just less than last year with him on. It’s disgraceful that insurance companies get away with it….. it’s just GREED not market forces ☹️☹️

The service from the insurance consultant, Stephen, was excellent. He understood the needs of the situation. It would be 5 stars if the charges on the transaction were a little lower. That’s the only thing that I feel is a little overpriced, especially as we have 5 different policies with A-Plan Insurance, so a multi-policy discount would be appreciated, as we are pensioners on a carefully managed income.

First, I dealt with a human being. I was with Churchill Insurance who expected me to wait an hour to discuss my policy. Online was no better. Churchill was hopeless and insulting. I phoned A plan and instantly a human voice answered the phone. The person I dealt with was skilled and knowledgeable and the price was competitive. I will latr discuss home insurance with them.

I've been using A-Plan private clients for my high value car and house insurance for the past 8 years and haven't had the urge to leave them for anyone else. I've never had to make a significant claim so I can't comment on their performance in those cases, but overall I've been happy with the service. Callum was helpful and efficient with my car insurance renewal this year. Pricing appears to be competitive to other brokers.
