Bloody brilliant! Someone actually answers the phone and speaks to you. Shouldn't be a novelty but it is... none of this 'we are experiencing unusually high call volumes' or 'your call is important to us' twaddle. They will also take the time to go through and explain things to you. We've found them very good value for money. Thoroughly recommend them ***

I found it easy to insure with Howdens
As I can phone up a talk to a member of staff who are friendly polite and what's more I can understand instead of struggling to understand someone with an accent from abroad
I have also found that with everything except car insurance Howdens have always been able to find me a cheaper price
