My first time dealing with A Plan, to get an insurance quote on my modified T4 van and I'm very impressed.

I had received my renewal notices for my car and home insurances, the increases were 17.5% and 35% respectively. I found this to be unacceptable and contacted the providers. They showed no interest in the fact that I had been with them for over 30 years and would not/could not offer any lower price.
I mentioned this to a friend who works at A-Plan and he suggested that I call them. I’m so glad I did. The call taker, Nathan, was superb; he fully understood my concerns and explained why the increase might have been so high but that said he undertook to search for a better deal and phone me back. Which he did, within the four hours he promised. Nathan found providers who would insure at exactly the same level of cover at the same price as 2022/23.
Nathan was engaging, helpful, kind and charming. He is a real asset to A-Plan and I would highly recommend this company.

Staff helpful, but promised a call back that didn't happen. Only open 9 to 5 and Saturday mornings, job l do doesn't permit calls in work time. Had to finish early on day to pay for policy.
