I have always been impressed with A plan since insuring my car 4, years ago. This years premium was significantly higher than before, not as a result of any claims by me, but due to rising industry costs.
After doing due diligence on comparison websites, the difference was insignificant- a couple of quid! What shone throughout was the quality of customer service; quite simply Adam could not have tried harder to keep my business and his endeavours were greatly appreciated.
In a world where everyone is trying to undercut everyone else, often at the expense of quality and expertise. I am reassured to know that should this worst happen, I could not be in better hands.

When we phoned the second time to amend information we had to start as we were taking out cover for the first time. We paid for our insurance by credit card the first time to your agent. When we were asked to pay on the second occasion we were directed to using the phone pad. That did not work so we had to start again.

A-Plan took over my old insurance brokers recently and I have found them to be just as good providing excellent insurance for my house and car at a fair price. The staff are friendly and helpful always happy to answer any questions you might have.

Not a lot to say. I get an e-mail, and paperwork by post for car and buildings insurance. If I am happy, I phone The Bath Office, and pay the full amount by bank card, and that's it till next time.

I have revised my motor insurance today with Marie Beardsley, the manager of the High Wycombe branch. It was a slightly complicated update, but Marie was exceptionally helpful in explaining things carefully and helping to secure the most competitive price possible. I am likely to use A Plan for other products now as a result.
