Managed to squeeze me in an appointment at very short notice. I was then late for the appointment! I'm sure this was actually quite frustrating but nobody seemed to mind. All of the staff were patient and kind. Most importantly, my pet got better after a course of antibiotics. Would definitely recommend Abbey Vets.

I have been with Abby Vets for a number of years now ,and i can never fault them .They are passionate about what they do ,and have the welfare of their patients at heart,they also dont mind having a joke and a chat and are always friendly and smiling .Brilliant service.

On holiday in area. Reception staff and nurse very courteous and professionally registered one of our dogs as needed emergency walk in appointment. Our dog had injured her paw / front keg while walking around town site seeing. Nothing was too much trouble they got us to see Vet on call (Beth) very quickly who thoroughly checked her and provided anti-inflammatory for her sprain. Dog now settled in our caravan and owners very relieved. A great service received!

A veterinary practice in a former Royal Observer Corp nuclear bunker! Great service from reception through to seeing the Vet/Nurse. Great monthly animal care packages available. Parking on the premises. Our dog was so chilled with the visit she remained asleep throughout.

This vets is amazing i have been to a few and never received the service I did here. The vet went out of her way to look into my dogs treatment and how it’s caused. Nothing was too much trouble everyone was friendly and reassuring. Concerquently this is now our new vets.

Our little Yorkshire Terrier, Buddy, had to undergo emergency spinal surgery. The aftercare, help and support we have received from Abbey Vets has been outstanding. We could not have got through it without them and we will be eternally grateful.
