The Halloween fun will kick off with a truly ghoulish Overnight Ghost Hunt on 23rd October at Bacup Royal Court Theatre. The ghost hunt will led by mediums and investigators from Lancashire Hauntings and promises to be an experience not to forget - the theatre has had numerous ghost sightings over the years. Adults only for this event! Other Halloween events aimed at adults are the Halloween Party at The Original Coach and Horses (come in fancy dress!)  and The Halloween Ball at Sunnybank Day Centre, both on October 28th.

There are also a range of spooky themed events and activities for kids to beat half-term boredom this year, starting with the Halloween Ghost Train from The East Lancashire Railway on October 30th. The ghost train is a fantastic option if you need to keep kids entertained for a couple of hours, as there are lots of Halloween attractions along the journey. Kids can also enjoy a Family Halloween Party on October 31st at The Riverside, which will feature fun and games for all ages! Take part in apple bobbing, scary mask making, story telling and dancing at the Skeleton's Ball on October 31st, organised by The Boo.

Planning your own scary Halloween party this year? Brookside Nurseries are the place to go for your pumpkins, so get carving to make your lantern! If  you're really looking to impress your guests why not see what Caspro Entertainment has to offer? They have a current member offer of a Free Gaming Table when you book two so well worth a look.
