The Shropshire Olympian Festival of 1864, held in the Shrewsbury Quarry, was a stepping stone to the Modern Olympics.

On June 17, 18, 19 they is a celebratin of this great event - and you can be a part of it.


Shropshire Council are keen to hear from representatives of local groups to get involved.
