If you fancy getting fit and raising much needed funds for Hope House at the same time, then why not join Lynsey Kilvert on the Apley Estates Multi terrain Run in Shifnal on Sunday 16th February 2014.
She would love to get a Hope House team to join her. Lynsey will be running 5km but there are also 10k and 21k runs for the superfit!
The races are run on the private Apley estate bordering Bridgnorth and Ironbridge and encompassing the River Severn, Apley Hall and the magnificent scenery in between. It is a unique opportunity to race within this private country retreat.
So far Lynsey has five for Team Hope House and there is room for plenty more. All you need to do is register now online and pay the relevant registration fee (5km - £7.00, 19km - £12.00 and 21km - £17.00) and put Hope House as your team/club.
Send Lynsey an email as soon as youâve registered and she will provide the T-shirt Transfers, sponsor forms and link to the Team 'Just Giving' page online.
So don't forget - Sunday 16th February 2014, at Apley Estates near Shifnal. Registration on the day for the races are between 8:30am and 10:00am with races starting at 10:30am. Hot and cold refreshments will be available at the end of the race, with CAKE!!
