Siop Cwlwm has been based on the Balcony Level in Oswestry Town Market’s Powis Hall since August 2010, and will be moving all the way to…. the Balcony Level in Powis Hall!  Lowri says: “We are proud to be based in Oswestry Market and when an opportunity arose to move to a recently vacated double unit, we were excited to take it.”

“It’s a much larger space, which will enable us to increase the variety of lovely Welsh things we sell, and hold more events, like the Gruffalo’s visit in March 2012” she explains “But by staying in Powis Hall, on the Balcony Level, the move shouldn’t cause too much problems for new and existing customers who are looking to find us.”

Siop Cwlwm’s new premises will be in the opposite corner to their current unit, next to the café.  Linda and Lowri are now busy painting and preparing their new unit ready for the opening event on the 3rd of November.

They would love to invite you to join them to celebrate Siop Cwlwm’s new premises, by visiting Powis Hall on the 3rd of November (10am – 2pm), Linda says “I’ll be cooking some Welsh cakes for all our customers, and we’re expecting a special (top secret) visitor, to officially open the new unit.”
