Oswestry-based charity, Qube is offering a prize for the happiest picture in a new photography competition, called ‘Happiness Is…’.
Qube is offering a £100 prize for the winning photo selected by a panel of independent judges, and £20 ‘People’s Choice’ Prize.
Qube Arts Officer, Charlotte Jackson said: “There seems to be quite a lot of gloomy news around at the moment, so we thought we’d run a competition to fill the gallery with people’s happiness pictures.

Anyone can enter the competition, you can even send in pictures from your mobile phone. It’s going to be really interesting to see what makes people smile.”
Entry costs £5 per image and the closing date is midnight on Monday 1st April.
The money raised from the competition will help support Qube’s essential services to the community.
