Oswestry is a remarkable town with a history all it's own.  Whether you are coming for history and heritage, walking and cycling, castles and churches or a mooch around Oswestry's award-winning independent shops...there's lots to do and see.

If you're driving in from Shrewsbury way on the A5, then pop in to Mile End Visitor Information Centre by the Mile End Roundabout.  The staff there are extremely knowledgeable and can provide you with pointers and guidance about what's on, where to go and stay:

Mile End Visitor Information Centre

Address: Mile End, Oswestry, Shropshire. SY11 4JA
Email: oswestrytourism@shropshire.gov.uk
Tel: 01691 662488

Another excellent port of call within Oswestry Town Centre is:

Oswestry Visitor & Exhibition Centre

Address: 2 Church Terrace, Oswestry, Shropshire. SY11 2TE
Email: escape@oswestry-welshborders.org.uk
Tel: 01691 662753

Or visit any of Oswestry fabulous cafes to pick up the Shopping Map which will show you all the wonderful independent shops to mooch around. :)

Have a fantastic time in Os!
