Our next meeting will be on Wednesday 1st April 2015 and will include a presentation about the Future of Retail by Dan Munford from Insight Research (www.insightresearch.co.uk)

The meeting will also include our Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers for 2015/16.

We are keen to encourage members old and new to get involved and contribute to the future of Oswestry Chamber of Commerce.

The time has come for fresh eyes and ears to bring a new perspective to our business community:

Becoming involved in your Chamber as part of the Executive Committee is a great opportunity to:

Raise your profile amongst the local business community
Network with likeminded individuals
Meeting other 'leaders' of local organisations with opportunity to support each other
Keep a finger on the pulse of emerging issues
Get involved in the decision making processes of local political and social groups
Forge strong relationships with local press, politicians and officers
Become the voice of local business and work collectively for the good of the town as a whole

There are 10 positions available on the Executive Committee (we require only 4 elected officers to be quorate).
