Oswestry Dial-a-ride have secured a new route to transport passengers from the Oswestry area to the Age UK centre in St Martins. The new route started on Tuesday 3 July and Dial-a-ride are pleased to be expanding their work with Age UK.
“We are delighted to be able to provide this new route, again we have to thank our driver volunteers and passenger escort volunteers for their time and efforts in working with Dial-a-ride, without whom we would not be able to offer such services”.
Dial-a-ride provides accessible door-to-door transport services to the elderly, rurally isolated, disabled and wheelchair users. Dial-a-ride membership is just £15 for the year and anyone interested in finding out more about the service should contact 01691 671571.
