A corporate law expert, who trained with a local firm, returns to the region after a number of years in London.
Grainne Walters joins Oswestry firm Lanyon Bowdler as a new partner from city law firm Speechly Bircham LLP. Grainne trained with Lanyon Bowdler before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006, shortly after which she moved to live in the capital.
Grainne specialises in corporate finance advisory and transactional work for private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate reorganisations, and with growth companies.
