If cooking bites into your sunshine time then a summer evening with a glass of wine and nibbles to share alongside the tranquil Shropshire Canal at The Lion Quays, or at the wonderful West Arms Hotel in the impossibly pretty village of Llanarmon is the perfect way to to end a perfect day.
Or go treat yourself at The Walls Restaurant or the Four Seasons Restaurant at the Wynnstay Hotel - delicious fayre always - maybe catch the Early Bird menus.
