The country’s foremost baking guru, Dan Lepard, will be making a trip to Shropshire on November 5th for a baking demonstration event organised by Booka Bookshop in Oswestry.
Dan will be holding bread making and cake making and decorating masterclasses at The Walls Restaurant, Oswestry at 11.00am and 2.00pm. The event is timed to coincide with the publication of Lepard’s latest book ‘Short and Sweet’, described as the ‘ultimate baking compendium, collecting together Dan’s best recipes to help you bake cakes, pastries, breads and cookies like never before’.

As an artisan baker, Dan has been keen to support independent businesses as he looks to promote his latest book – we’re delighted he’s agreed to visit us in Oswestry."
After each baking masterclass, there will be an opportunity to meet Dan and get a signed copy of his book Short and Sweet – “the ideal Christmas present for anyone with an interest and passion for baking” added Carrie.
