The Mall, one of the main Shopping Centres in Norwich, are encouraging their shoppers to donate a chocolate egg to charity as part of The Mall's annual Easter Egg Appeal.

They are asking visitors to their Norwich shopping centre to purchase an extra Easter egg to give to a child in need in the local community.

Shoppers have until 1st April to bring their egg into The Mall in Norwich to allow time for all the chocolate gifts to be delivered in time for Easter.

This year they will be supporting The Umbrella Housing Association, which provides accommodation for single parent families in difficult situations.

In the current economic climate, charities can often be the first to suffer and even more so those smaller charities that are not perhaps as high profile as some larger organisations.

That's why The Mall are delighted to be able to contribute to such a worthwhile cause with this year's Easter Egg Appeal.

Every egg donated will really bring a smile to a child in Norwich.

Please deliver your Easter eggs to the Ask Me Point on level two at The Mall Norwich, from now until April 1st and they will be delivered before Easter Sunday.

Alternatively if you would prefer to offer a cash donation, The Mall will purchase a chocolate egg on your behalf.
