Porkstock is a free food and drink festival celebrating artisan food and drink suppliers from across our region, all part of the Norfolk Food and Drink Festival.

The event will be held at Redwell Brewery in Norwich on Saturday 27th Sept 2014 and we are looking forward to seeing many people there enjoying great local food and drink.

How can you help?

We still require local food and drink producers to have a stand on the day, we want as many as possible to help us celebrate everything that is great about Norfolk produce. You can apply for a pitch here www.porkstock.co.uk/apply-for-a-pitch-at-porkstock/ or if you have any queries contact james@porkstock.co.uk

We are looking for Norfolk (or very close to Norfolk) companies who make great produce whether that be cheeses, cold meats, salad dressings, sauces, cider, apple juice, chocolates, jams and preserves if its local food or drink we would love to hear from you. We also have a few spaces for local craft companies who would complement our food and drink stands.

The cost for a stand is £50 of which £20 goes to support local charity The Beatrice Octavia Iris Smith Brighter Future Fund, more details can be found here www.justgiving.com/Friends-of-the-Smiths/

If none of the above applies to you then we would still love to see you on the day it’s a free event and there will be activities for children, food demonstrations from chefs Charlie Hodson Norfolk Food and Drink Champion 2014 and Alan Paton Executive Chef at Stoke by Nayland Hotel. There is also some pork butchery and sausage making workshops led by Norfolk butcher Icarus Hines.
