Fireworks aren't just for Bonfire Night

The nights are drawing in, although luckily we haven't had the bitter cold usually associated with Bonfire Night - there is a week or two to go yet.

There are two big firework displays in Norwich this year - one at the Norfolk Showground - details here - and one in the City Centre. This year they don't clash, so you could visit the Fireworks Spectacular at the Showground on Saturday 2nd November, and then visit the Norwich City Centre ones on the 8th November.

There will be a 12 minute firework display on 8 November, held at Norwich Castle. This event will be free to attend and will allow people easier access by public transport. Click here if you need information on buses.

The Showground event on the 2nd November will have two firework displays - at 6.30pm and 8.45pm, as well as a family funfair and speciality food court.

If you are looking to hold your own firework display, then one of the best places to buy fireworks - and support a local family business at the same time - is Kerrison Toys.

Kerrison Toys stock firework selection boxes and rockets, and fireworks for large events. If you are not sure what you need, just tell them your budget and they will select your fireworks for you.

They already offer great prices, but also offer a discount based on spend.

There is free local delivery on large firework display orders.

And fireworks are not just for Bonfire Night.....

Kerrison Toys stock fireworks all year round - perfect for birthdays, weddings, New Year Celebrations, including fantastic Single Ignition fireworks. With Single Ignition fireworks you light them once and this sets off the FIREWORK DISPLAY in a box.

Prices for Display Fireworks start for as little as £10 right upto £200.

Call Kerrison Toys on 01603 494008 for further details - and tell them "Sara and Chris from thebestof Norwich" sent you.
