We jumped in at the deep end when we bought our business. A week before our first big exhibition, the stand that we were going to borrow from our head office got lost "in transit".
We commissioned a big 3 panel stand and got it just in time for the big day. A year later our HQ changed our branding so we had to get completely new graphics.
What we have learnt along the way is the need to have a different style of graphics for exhibition stands than ordinary print. Exhibition stands need to have a bold graphic with few words to attract the attention of passers by, rather than trying to tell them everything you do.
We learnt the hard way - our first stand was full of words and was completely ineffective - but it was done in a week!
