A bit like buses, you don't hear anything for ages, and then three come along at once.

In July Theo Paphitis picked Norwich web design and SEO specialists Metalfrog on his "Twitter Small Business Sunday"

Every Sunday Theo Paphitis holds a competition for Small Business Owners on Twitter, with the chance that he will re-tweet your tweet to his 50k+ followers and in July he picked Norwich's Metalfrog.

Then, this month, Duncan Bannatyne re-tweeted a blog post written by Tommy Winn of Music and Events, a Norwich Entertainment and Events company.

Tommy had mentioned in his blog about how Duncan Bannatyne's book, "Anyone Can Do It" gave him the inspiration to start his business.

Duncan has 393,000 twitter followers and his re-tweet gave a massive boost to Tommy's web traffic.

Tommy's innovative "It's Showtime" training for entertainers may have been the thing to catch Duncan's eye. Tommy says:

'It's Showtime' teaches entertainers how to make the most of their talent and achieve greater success in the Wedding and Corporate Industry. I started out in the pubs and clubs earning £60 a night' says Tommy...

'Today I am lucky enough to perform at some of the most prestigious venues in the country including Blenheim Palace and Chelsea Football Club earning over 10 times that amount. At 'It's Showtime' I tell people how I did it and give attendees the knowledge and resources to go and do it for themselves."

So, that's two Dragons  - what's the third?

Well, the third is not so much a Dragon as a Dragon Slayer.

Sharon Wright made one of the most memorable pitches on Dragons Den in 2009 and it was one of the few times two dragons had to retire to the back of the room to negotiate an offer that would attract Sharon.

Following her success on  "Dragons Den" with her award winning cable threading invention, Sharon has written an explosive book documenting the series of unexpected setbacks encountered since the show.

Now it's your turn to hear Sharon's inspirational story when she comes to Norwich on 22nd September.

She will have two speaking slots at the All About Business exhibition at the Forum.

It's free to attend, but booking is advised in order to ensure a seat.
