The decor is great, really nice environment. The staff are great! We were disappointed with the food, it really didn’t taste of authentic Italian food. We spoke to the head chef who explained that they cannot use Beef in any of their food due to religious reasons. This restriction really implicates the ability to recreate authentic Italian dishes!

Overall, the food was disappointing but the staff were amazing.

First time we went in tonight and just wow! Service is amazing kind and helpful staff.
Food was mouthwatering! Table of 4 and all of our meals were fantastic. And pudding was soo good especially the traditional tiramisu!!! Highly highly highly recommend going!!

Very good food and friendly staff

Tried here for the first time today for lunch and we weren't disappointed. Food was fresh and tasty, waitress was attentive and friendly and it looks amazing inside.

Lovely place, really well done up from the old NatWest bank! Beautiful decor and a good atmosphere all around. The young girl who served me was super polite with a lovely smile and all around good attitude. It is on the pricey side tho. 2 pizzas and a starter almost £45 and 3 drinks £17. Would go back tho!

Delicious food and great service. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and made the experience great.

The prawn and salmon pasta dishes were delicious and we found the staff really attentive. We ate at lunchtime so the restaurant was a little quiet but we will definitely return. The decor is fab. Thank you 😊

I visited this relatively new restaurant today, with friends, for lunch. We were welcomed into this beautifully appointed restaurant by polite staff who remained appropriately attentive throughout. The food we chose was delicious and well presented and the staff and chef were keen to listen to our views. Yes, others have been disappointed but that was not our experience and any restaurant prepared to listen to the views of its diners has got to deserve, not only another chance, but to do well!

This is the second time of visiting this relatively new restaurant. On the first visit we took friends visiting from Australia, one of whom is Italian. The initial reaction on walking in was really good ! Nicely decorated. The service was ok but we felt that there was ALOT of staff that evening and they appeared to be standing together on the side lines watching our every move to the point of it feeling uncomfortable.
Our starters of bruschetta were ok and our mains quite tasty. I was looking forward to the tiramisu but it sadly lacked any taste of the alcohol so traditional in this dessert. Our Italian friend was equally disappointed.
We felt that these were perhaps teething problems as the place was so new so we gave it another chance this evening to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our waitress who told us she was new was seriously uninformed about the food and drinks menu when questioned. Our meals arrived. My son’s pizza was not the one he ordered. They took it away and replaced it with a pizza with a tomato base rather than a white sauce base as described in the menu. There was some story from the waitress about the menu having been changed but the menu description clearly hadn’t been. The chef appeared a few minutes later to apologise and again came out with an explanation of a change of menu and said he would redo it. The rest of us were halfway through our mains at this point so he decided not to take up his offer as it would have been a third attempt.
My young granddaughter had ordered the chicken in cream sauce but couldn’t finish it so my husband helped her but soon discovered that the chicken was very pink in the middle and left it.
When the waiter took the plate away he noticed the almost raw chicken still on the plate and apologised. The bill was adjusted accordingly and apologies were profuse but it marred our celebratory meal and I’m afraid it just wasn’t as an enjoyable occasion as it should have been.
I understand that these are early days but getting it right at this point is so important for making it successful and serving undercooked chicken is really inexcusable.
I take no pleasure in writing this review but feel that unless honest feedback is given there can be no improvements made.

Upon walking in very pleasant atmosphere. The wine we ordered was vey nice french dry rose. When ordering I asking the waitress what the Sausage came with she could not tell me, I would have thought the owners would go through the menu with their staff. They were all very young nothing against that’s but please train your staff about the menu and the wine list. The food itself was a let down I had the prawn starter which was ok the prawns very juicy but very one dimension in taste. Husband had bruschetta trio but only 2 came and same filling on both. Had the sausage they were vey plain, the greens on the plate had so much chilli on them which made them unpleasant. The dish itself was confused the carrots very sweet and potatoes quite hard and waxy. Husband had the pasta with pancetta which was ok no Parmesan cheese offered or black pepper. I know it’s early days for this restaurant but I will not be visiting for a while until they get a bit more experience under their belt.

Food was very tasty and generous portions, I had the pork ribs which were cooked to perfection. I sat outside in the garden which had a lovely atmosphere and service was very friendly wih two girls behind the bar doing a great job. Will come back!!!

We had a girls night out on the 26th July and came to the vault and vine, having not heard anything good about it we were a little apprehensive, however we had a fabulous meal, service was a little slow to start with but got better as the night went on. We had Callum as our waiter who was lovely. All meals were spot on, we shared the antipasto meat plate between 4 and there was plenty. My main dish was
Tagliolini Mari E Monti, Oil, garlic, chilly. Prawns, mussles, clams mushrooms, napolitano tomato sauce
Delicious 😋 the prawns were huge !!
We will be back.

From start to finish it was lovely staff very polite my only criticism would be the olive garden open 1-9 if people are popping in on their lunch break it would be nice to sit out, from when they open at 12, food was lovely didn’t have to wait long at all, definatley would go bk

It was a beautiful experience in vault and vine. Starters were top notch, chicken curry pizza was really nice and mine favourite was BBQ ribs. Friendly staff and environment.

Vault and Vine, is a gem !

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience warm and welcoming. The food is a highlight—especially the Fish Mixed Grill, which is absolutely amazing, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly cooked.

As a new spot, Vault and Vine is still finding its rhythm, but the hard-working young team is pouring their heart into it.

I’d encourage everyone to give it a try and leave fair, balanced reviews.

Opening a new place isn’t easy, and this team deserves support for their efforts.

Highly recommend stopping by for a meal!

The interior is lovely, and the staff were both friendly and relatively attentive. However, we had to wait a while for our payment to be taken, to the point I had to go up to the bar to pay.

The food was nice and the pina colada was truly wonderful, but although I appreciate it’s a fine dining restaurant (something the interior clearly displays) the food didn’t really warrant the high price tag.
Also, over half the menu was sea-food options, specially most of the pasta dishes, which is extremely problematic if you’re a picky eater. The lunch menu certainly looked better than the evening menu for choice, despite not eating from it.

On the note of menus, for some strange reason, I would guess because of the use of a dirty cloth to wipe them, the menus had a rather unpleasant, pungent spell to them. You could smell it as they walked past with menus.

Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant, just suffering with some basic teething problems. It has the potential to be a true hot spot is Market Harborough.

Beautiful setting and very attentive staff

New restaurant not long opened. The decor was very well done. The staff were friendly but seemed a little disorganised. Maybe still settling into a routine. We were waiting a little too long for our order to be taken. Our drinks also came one at a time. Small menu but to be expected for a new start up. The food was excellent if a little salty for my taste. The pasta dishes were very good. Will definitely be going back
