We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we really appreciated the care and kindness of the staff. The food was fresh and the menu has a lot of different opportunities. The atmosphere was really nice because the staff prepared a lovely table for our occasion.

Today i came in with my family for a birthday meal out and all expectations where met and more, we had a nice girl called Matilda serving us and all the food was amazing, lovely setting would definitely come back and recommend.

Really great Italian spot! The menu has lots of variety (the online one shows only a fraction of the dishes so don't be put off by this), and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. Was busy when we arrived and had a lovely atmosphere. Loved the whole experience—will definitely be back!

The service here is excellent - attentive and friendly. My order was taken promptly, and complimentary bread arrived almost immediately after. The menu offers an impressive range of dishes, with something to suit everyone.
I chose the carbonara, which was flavorful, generously portioned, and tasted authentically Italian. The dessert selection is equally appealing, featuring classics such as tiramisu, I had the brownie cheesecake, very rich and sweet.
Overall, the service and presentation is very professional, and more upscale than a typical Italian restaurant.

Lovely service not rushed and really nice touches for a birthday. They decorated the table for us for our arrival with banners and balloons. Lovely birthday dessert on the house. Food was well cooked, hot and tasty. Big portions. Nice range on menu. The only tip on improvement is to decease the bright lighting to enhance the mood with some candles for atmosphere. Thankyou for a lovely evening.

My husband and myself visited Vault and Vine for the first time last night and can report that the whole experience was very good. The decor, cleanliness and ambience is amazing The service from the young waiters and waitresses was faultless and prompt. The food was very tasty and again was served in a timely way. I’d have no hesitation in going again.
We were unsure whether we should go, having read some of the negative reviews, but we can wholeheartedly say that our experience was nothing but a positive and enjoyable one. Let’s support this lovely addition to our towns gastronomy.

Had high hopes but was disappointed. The service was awful. We had to find a member of staff to order drinks and to get the mains cleared away. Not one of the 5 staff did a service check on us, the whole evening was spent looking for a member of staff that were manly standing at the bar. We did complain and the deserts were taken off the bill. Having worked in the industry for many years I note that the training of staff was the problem. Maybe try giving each waitress/waiter certain tables the attend to and obviously the correct training would help. The restaurant will run much more efficiently.

Excellent food. The lamb chops as a starter were particularly tasty and probably my favourite of the four dishes we had. Very friendly service who accommodated us quickly, even though we didn’t have a reservation.

Stunning building and fantastic food. As someone who lived in Italy for many years, it was a real treat to find authentic Italian food (thanks to the authentic Italian chef!) - a welcome change from the usual pseudo-Italian fare served in many so-called Italian restaurants. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back.

We visited Vault & Vine last night, and were pleasantly surprised with the decor and the restoration. Loved the safe door was still in use!. We didn’t book but were taken to table immediately. The menu was extensive but not as authentic as expected. I had a pint of Sagres, not italian, which didn’t taste the best, quickly followed by a birra moretti. Would have preferred Peroni on draught. Our food arrived and was excellent 👌🏼. Not totally convinced it was a fine dining experience but was pleasant. Staff were friendly, possibly over staffed and the manager Sandeep was on point. The lighting could be dimmer and some background music. Happily recommend this restaurant and will most definitely be returning.

A lovely venue let down by the food. You can take items off a dish but you can’t add anything extra on. Chef’s rules apparently! I will stick to the other Italian restaurants in MH which are far better.

Husband and I had a fabulous lunch at the Vault and Vine. Our 5th time and always fabulous fresh food and great service. This was the fish platter😋 for one!
The chef also came out with some uncoated calamari as I requested gluten free pasta for my main! What superb service!!

The food was superb, the decor beautiful and the staff were extremely nice & the service very prompt. We thought a lovely gesture was when the chef came to our table and asked us if we enjoyed the meal, this is something you don’t see these days. We would definitely make another visit.
