Fantastic place, great food and drink... Had the lamb Sunday roast, the mint gravy and the lamb was gorgeous! Friendly helpful staff, pub was busy but didn't have to wait for a table and we we're ordered and eating pretty quickly too, great service! Will definitely recommend and return 😊😄🤗

Haven't been here before - staff immensely helpful and very friendly. Small menu but simple & compact. Kitchen closes 2.00pm but tea rooms open across courtyard for afternoon catering. Lunch was good & being a picky soul I got pretty well what I asked for. Thanks to them for such cooperation.

On the last night of our boating holiday we had booked a table for 7 and a dog at this lovely and friendly pub. We all had a lovely meal. I had the 20oz mixed grill which was delicious, the portions on all of our plates were huge and the prices were very reasonable after all i don't know anywhere else that I could have that size meal for 11.95. Thank you for a wonderful evening and even better food. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

Only visited the tea rooms in the old bowling alley. Very friendly staff served morning coffee light lunches and teas. Good homemade cakes and scones. Some outside seating for nice days
