Just enjoyed Mr Fizz’s ‘Put a spring in your Sips’ wine tasting. Everything about this experience is a winner. The wines are varied and whether you like them or not the information you get from Mr Fizz himself is entertaining and informative and there’s always someone on your table to drink it if you don’t want it (this didn’t happen for me). The food pairings are as inspired as they are simple and simply delicious, but they work so well.
Put simply the evening needs to go on your calendar as an event to look forward to like Christmas.

We had Duncan Murray Wines host a wine tasting at our Christmas work event and it was absolutely fantastic! Duncan’s knowledge, personality, and humor made the whole experience so much fun. He brought a great selection of wines that everyone loved and his entertaining style had us all engaged from start to finish.
The booking process was seamless - Duncan was so helpful and easy to work with which made organizing the event a breeze. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only an expert in wine but also knows how to make an event truly memorable, Duncan is your guy. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

I did the Level One win course with Nick of Duncan Murray and had a splendid day tasting 8 wines and learning the basics of oenology. I even passed the exam and earned a certificate. DM is the crème de la crème of Harborough businesses and no self-regarding resident should miss their tastings, wine evenings and a weekly visit to the shop.

A really lovely, friendly shop. So much experience and a shop we are so lucky to have here in Market Harborough. They sell lots of wine and regularly undertake wine and beer tasting sessions. Personally I love German beers and they sell the amazing Aylinger, Tergenseer Spezial and Jever. They also sell the Swiss Stiegl Goldbraü and Hells which are both beautiful, plus local Braybrooke lagers which are really unique and brewed to the German Reinheitsgebot purity laws. I've also bought Samuel Smith and Arbor beers here. There's so much going on and the chaps are so helpful with their advice and will try and order beers that aren't present. 10/10.

Thoroughly enjoyed the level 1 WSET course run by Duncan Murray Wines. The day was informative and interactive, whilst also being a lot of fun. Nick as a facilitator was excellent, bringing the content to life and encouraging discussion from the course attendees. I will definitely be looking to book level 2 with Duncan Murray and Nick in the coming future.
