From the very first meeting with Aaron through to Becky who has dealt with and driven the sale through to completion the whole team have been so professional and friendly. Best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Becki and Zoe called me weekly with an update without prompting - managed both side’s solicitors and were excellent all round. Friendly, approachable and down to earth and most importantly, completely on it. Very professional. Thank you for a great service.

I cannot recommend Adams and Jones stongly enought. We first put our house on the market in autumn 2021 with a different agent, and had a bad experience with them, taking the house off the market shortly afterwards. In spring this year, we readvertised with Adams and Jones and sold very quickly. We then had a long wait before moving, which was no fault of the Adams and Jones. All the way through this saga, our dealings with Adams and Jones were impeccable, and they kept us fully informed at each stage of the process, to us finally moving. An estate agent to be trusted and treasured.

My wife and have recently bought a house in Market Harborough, and have been supported throughout the process in an outstanding way by Adams and Jones. Aaron met us at the property and was extremely helpful during the first visit. From the acceptance of our offer to completion we were supported by Becki. Becki Adams was so conscientious during our purchase of an investment apartment. She spoke with all parties on a weekly basis and I’ve no doubt was instrumental in the completion of our purchase. If we were to sell a property in the area, she would now be our first port of call.

We sold our house through A&J this year, we ended up in a huge chain, which wasn't ideal, but Becki and the team kept pushing this along and were amazing at keeping us in the loop and ensuring we understood what was going on throughout the process as well as keeping on top of the chain and keeping it moving until completion. Thank you so much A&J! This is the second time we have used A&J for buying and selling and we recommend them to everyone, if you want an agent who cares then these guys are the one!!

Having both rented through Adams and Jones and also bought a house, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very professional and diligent. Becki was brilliant and totally supportive of all parties involved in our purchase. Her communication was excellent. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and keep everyone in the loop as to what was going on. This definitely helped overcome the moments of stress!

Outstanding and highly professional service. I listed my house for sale and sold it immediately after a same day viewing. Araon and Zoe were totally efficient in their advice and administration. Just used these guys to sell one of my properties. The service was excellent and their expediting of the sale was exceptional - without them the sale wouldn’t have completed. As for my conveyancers- they were terrible. I would use A&J every day of the week.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. They were always honest about the properties they were showing us. Always kept us in the loop, and despite losing a member of their staff in the middle of the purchase, the transition from one to another was seamless. Communication was always on point and always anticipating the next steps. Would recommend them 100%. Next time when we sell, we're definitely using them.

We sold our house through Adam and Jones and we couldn’t have asked for more! Getting the house listed was quick, effortless and straightforward with all our questions answered by experienced staff (Aaron) who knew exactly the information we needed. They were also really reasonably priced in comparison with other estate agents.
Once we had an offer accepted, they kept us updated regularly and advised us where necessary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, with Becki emailing or ringing us within short time frames to ensure our minds were at ease and things moved forwards. Janet the sales advisor (who unfortunately retired during our move) was also an incredible part of the team who gave us regular updates on the lower end of the chain and worked above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly for us.
