This is the second time I have used Adams & Jones to sell property for me as they are so good and offer great value for money for all the background work they put in. I chose Adams & Jones because of previous reviews. I had to sell my mother’s house but living 150 miles away meant I couldn’t be there for viewings, house clearance, exchange of contracts or key handover. They were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they worked to my timescale. Matt in Market Harborough handled the initial dealings with me, then Janet took over the day to day care of keeping me informed. Everything was done in a timely manner, and it wasn’t straight forward. Fortunately I didn’t have to deal with a chain but, for those who have dealt with Probate, inevitably delays occurred. Well done, team, your personal care was very much appreciated.

We have used many estate agents over the years and thought we had seen the best and the worst but we left the best until last!
We put our house on the market at a bad time for the housing market and we had a few ups and downs - three offers falling through. No fault of Adams and Jones but they were all incredibly supportive and helpful (especially Matt) and really kept us going and work so hard for us
We honestly felt they were rooting for us and were as pleased as we were when we exchanged contracts last week
And all with a smile!

I recently went to a viewing and prior to viewing all my queries were answered.
The photos are live, real and they also do a visual aid with video which adds an extra touch.
In process now because of the good service of putting an application in. However I believe if I am unsuccessful, that the team will still do their best to assist me.

They are a family run business friendly efficient and caring. much better value than others in the town. I have also used them for lettings as well as a sale and are equally good at both.
