Genuinely can not recommend Adam & Jones more. They go well above and beyond with their services not only to their clients but also those involved.
Zoe and Becki are thoroughly amazing, with a dedication that is rarely seen today. The level of communication, chasing all external parties and pushing for a completion out stripes any other rivals and puts them all to shame.

I've given 5 stars, as I am struggling to think of a thing that would have improved the service I received.
From the first meeting with Paul and establishing the asking price, to being constantly being updated, even when the update was "still chasing the buyer's solicitor" it was handled superbly.
Any seller is going to have anxious moments but the team fielded my questions admirably.
So thank you Becki, Poppy, Shelley and Zoe. I can't single out any member as they are all stars. Hope I haven't missed anyone !!

The whole team have been fabulous from start to finish. My house sold very quickly and the they kept us updated every week or when anything significant happened. I can’t fault their professionalism and dedication to customer service. The whole team really are fabulous especially Becki, Poppy and Zoe.

All the staff that I spoke to regarding the sale of the property was first class. I was updated frequently and nothing was to much for them to do. I would always recommend Adams & Jones to anybody looking to sell, buy or rent a property.

The sale of my property wasn't immediately straight forward with one purchaser dropping out and second nearly dropping out at the last minute. The team at Adams and Jones, however, made what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation much easy by always keeping me up to date, keeping lines of communication open between myself and the purchaser and the respective solicitors, and always talking through the options at the various stages of the sale. Whatever problems were thrown their way, they were always in control - I never doubted their abilities to see the sale through to completion.

It's hard to find words to describe how fantastic Adams and Jones have been throughout the whole of the selling process. Their communication was second to none and put our solicitors to shame. They were excellent showing prospective buyers round and keeping us informed as we were not near the house (my mum's home). They had rented the house out for a number of years whilst my mum was in a care home. Again, their rental service was amazing. I am very sad that they do not have an office near to my home as I would have no hesitation in using them for our rental or if we decided to sell. I cannot recommend them highly enough - a massive thank you for all the hard work that has gone into selling my mum's home - making our life so much easier. I won't mention individuals as all the staff we have dealt with have been wonderful.

As this was our first time selling a property, we were initially daunted by the process. The whole team were very supportive and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Amazing.. Kathryn & Jenny in Market Harborough Lettings Dept are honestly the BEST.. from initial call to handIng us the keys, they were both phenomenal, after an awful experience with our previous Landlord we were very distressed and felt completely lost , both Ladies from start to finish handled a very very difficult situation with empathy, professionalism, efficiency and above all complete kindness keeping us in the loop at all times during the process which they turned around in a week I may add.. Wow..since moving into the property they regularly check we’re okay and that we are enjoying our new home, nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them, they reassure always and get the “job done” as they say.
We have rented for several years and I can honestly say Adam&Jones are by far the BEST in Every-way.
