If you're new to the UK and you're looking to open an account and everybody else is giving you a very hard time for a very basic thing, please walk into this branch and your day is going to instantly get better. Not only did Enea help me with setting up my account but I am grateful to him for providing me with all the information about how financial institutions work here in the UK. I visited HSBC Manchester as an international student to open a bank account and exchange some money, and the whole process was incredibly easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The exchange rate was great ā definitely better than Euroexchange just outside the bank! A special mention to Keith, who was such a lovely person and helped me a lot during the process.
