I am very satisfied with this HSBC branch! The instructions were clear and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
I went there this morning at around 10:30 to withdraw some cash. The lady at the first counter was especially kind and patient. Even though my English is not very good, she didn’t mind at all, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
When I was about to leave, she even reminded me to take good care of my money. That really touched me. Excellent service – highly appreciated and definitely deserves praise!

Sincere thanks to Shamila and Winky in helping me to do the transfer. I live in Bury, when I went to HSBC Bury branch regarding my issue, they were not helpful and I had to travel 2 hours to St Ann's Sq branch to get it solved. So Shamila and Winky solved the issue and turn my bad experience to a good one.

Thank you Sachin from HSBC Manchester bank .He has been very Co operative and kind to me .Helped me with the processing of opening the bank account. In other bank where we have to do processing all by ourselves, in HSBC Sachin helped me in every step and I had some questions, he answered all of the inquiries easily .
