I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received by Anhmy Le. I was disappointed to learn that after a long trip to the branch in February time, the work that needed doing was not completed properly by another employee at the branch. Finally getting to the branch again in July, and informing Anhmy that this was my 2nd time here for the same thing, he was extremely apologetic and did his best to complete the work I needed doing. He was kind enough to offer compensation for the inconvenience caused and even followed up on email once it had been actioned. This more than made up for the lack of capability the first time around! Thank you again!

Served by Shamila, She was very attentive to my queries and helped alleviate my concerns I had about my account. I went there this morning at around 10:30 to withdraw some cash. The lady at the first counter was especially kind and patient. Even though my English is not very good, she didn’t mind at all, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
When I was about to leave, she even reminded me to take good care of my money. That really touched me. Excellent service – highly appreciated and definitely deserves praise!

Sincere thanks to Shamila and Winky in helping me to do the transfer. I live in Bury, when I went to HSBC Bury branch regarding my issue, they were not helpful and I had to travel 2 hours to St Ann's Sq branch to get it solved. So Shamila and Winky solved the issue and turn my bad experience to a good one.
