Excellent customer experience! Kuddos to Meenu for making the approach as pleasant as possible. We were stressed about the BLS requirements and went to HSBC to sort things out.
Turned out, we were taken cared of really well and has enjoyed the in-between conversations that helped in easing our stress out.

Visited the branch to close bank account as I am moving away. Extremely happy with the Meenus service as she was very helpful and helped me with the closure process and balance withdrawal. She’s an amazing staff. Also she introduced me to her colleague Neil at the cash counter who helped me with the withdrawal and it was fast and efficient. It is sad to leave but still I am so happy with their service
