Visited the branch to close bank account as I am moving away. Extremely happy with the Meenus service as she was very helpful and helped me with the closure process and balance withdrawal. She’s an amazing staff. Also she introduced me to her colleague Neil at the cash counter who helped me with the withdrawal and it was fast and efficient. It is sad to leave but still I am so happy with their service

As an elderly person, I do not understand English well, and dealing with bank matters can be very stressful and confusing for me. I was very worried before coming to the bank.
