If you're new to the UK and you're looking to open an account and everybody else is giving you a very hard time for a very basic thing, please walk into this branch and your day is going to instantly get better. Not only did Enea help me with setting up my account but I am grateful to him for providing me with all the information about how financial institutions work here in the UK. I cannot express in words how useful that is to a person who just moved here. Incredibly warm and generous person with so much patience is hard to find.

Previously, due to my own schedule issues, I visited twice but couldn’t get the matter resolved, yet he never showed the slightest impatience and even kept reassuring me not to worry. When we met today, he walked me through the process step by step, handled all the formalities, and explained every detail clearly with great patience. I didn’t have to worry about a thing at all, and the whole experience was fantastic! I really adore him—professional and caring through and through!
