I took my parents to HSBC Manchester to open their first UK bank account, and honestly I was a bit nervous about it. Gabriel and Anhmy were great. They took their time with my mum and dad, explained everything properly, and sorted it all in one visit. Really appreciate it.

Guy deserves a promotion, super helpful, while other members of the staff tried to solve my issue but were not able to make any good development. He took the time to listen, and efficiently handled my situation and made me trust this branch even more. They are pretty crowded so make sure you always have clear plans of what you want to they can sort out timely.

Popped in on a Saturday, an hour before closing to ask aome general questions about accounts and mortgages and the rep spent a good 5 mins with me explaining what I needed to know. The Customer Experience was exceptional. This may differ by person, but on this occasion my experience was excellent.
