I approached the Branch today and luckily I was served by Anna Lennon who tried het best to solve the problem. If the problem of my closed account not solved in a few days, I would definitely come back and get another appointment with her.
During the service Anna asked me to call tel banking customer, Luckily Kero served me patiently and he was confident the problem will be solved, otherwise I need to call branch again.Thank you Anna and Kero

Called into HSBC St Ann's Square today with my wife to unblock her credit card on our joint account. The issues behind the card problem were more complex than we had expected but Enea kindly helped us through each step and finally resolved everything.
