What’s The Plot?Hard-hitting thriller ‘Offender’ is set against the backdrop of London’s 2011 riots and within one of the UK’s most notorious young offenders’ institutes.
Starring Joe Cole (‘Skins’), this portrayal of London’s forgotten youth follows a young man caught in a brutal prison system following the civil unrest, desperate for justice and even hungrier for revenge on the people who put him there.
‘Offender’ directed by newcomer Ron Scalpello, also introduces grime MCs including Scorcher and features an urban soundtrack from the biggest underground names.
