The Kitchen Shop in Lichfield is an Aladdin's cave of kitchen equipment and utensils and is very popular with amateur and experienced cooks alike but when you pass their window on 30th and 31st August, you'll see something very different.
Taking part in the food festival, the excited team are delighted to announce that QVC and Ideal World TV presenter, Mal Harradine, will be in their window showcasing lots of his favourite kitchen and cookery gadgets. If you would like to see Mal in action, pay The Kitchen Shop a visit between 10am and 4pm on any of the days - entry is FREE.
In addition to these amazing FREE demos, The Kitchen Shop will be hosting numerous kitchen equipment demonstrations of their popular brands e.g. KitchenAid, Joseph Joseph, Netherton Foundry, Zwilling J.A. Henckels USA Knives, Kuhn Rikon AG - Switzerland, Moonshine, CellarDine, DKB, I.O.Shen Mastergrade Knives and SodaStream UK. These demo's will be held at The George Hotel on Bird Street and they would love you to call in and see what's happening!
There will be lots of festival deals and competitions to enter at both venues and on top of this, I.O.Shen Knives will offer a knife sharpening service for £2 a knife with the proceeds going to St Giles Hospice - what a great way to support a local Charity.
