Pantomimes were developed in England and are usually performed during the Christmas and New Year period.

Combining great fun, singing and slap stick comedy, a typical pantomime encourages audience participation with lots of shouting to performers...oh yes they do!!!!

This year's magical family pantomime in Lichfield is Cinderella and it will be performed at The Lichfield Garrick Theatre from Thursday December 4th until Sunday January 4th.

Promising to exceed any expectations, "Allo Allo" star, Arthur Bostrom will play Count Dandini de Tartare in this popular rags to riches story as you see poor Cinderella carrying out her chores under the watchful eye of her two ugly sisters Mademoiselles Brie and Camembert - until a chance meeting with a fairy godmother changes her life forever.

Tickets are already selling out, so if you haven't booked yet, you don't want to leave it too late! ... oh no you don't!
