If you are looking for some thrills (of the spooky sort) in Lichfield, there's plenty of Halloween events coming up which are guaranteed to scare and delight you in equal measure.
On the night itself (31st October in case you need reminding) there's a great party on at St. Thomas Priory Golf Club; it's called Ghosts, Ghouls... and a little bit of Abba - scary on 3 fronts then! It's a fancy dress disco with prizes for the best outfits and plenty of fun and games.
Look out for the Lichfield Gruesome and Ghostly Tours which are on 29th October and 2nd November. I think these will be ones for the braver souls.
There's also another fancy dress disco on 31st October at the Guild Hall for young people aged 12+ (now that one does scare me.)
And finally, get down to beacon park on halloween for a night time treasure hunt for all the family.
