On Thursday 10 September 2015 at 7.30pm, Lichfield’s favourite chef, Simon Smith, will be cooking up a storm with some mouth-watering recipes in the studio at Lichfield Garrick Theatre.
With a fun look at food from Morocco, China and South Africa, including tagines, couscous, barbeque dishes and healthy Chinese dishes, Simon will be creating delicious canapés, breads, starters, main courses and, naturally some puddings for those with a sweet tooth.
