Qmin Lead the Way in Customer Experience!

 

Qmin restaurant as featured on thebestoflichfield has learned that not only delivering great customer service is an important aspect of being successful in business, but thinking about the overall customer’s experience can have a more far-reaching impact on business performance.

Shah Hussain, proprietor of the Qmin Restaurant in Bird Street Lichfield was delighted his restaurant was recipient of The UK Customer Experience Awards “Customer Service”.

The CEA Customer Excellence Awards (Leicestershire University) are the first of their kind in the UK, and goes to prove what you have been telling us for a long time now at thebestoflichfield, Qmin is the best Indian restaurant in Lichfield.

Speaking to the Lichfield Gazette Mr Hussain said “It’s so very nice for a restaurant to win an award for something they do well, but it is so much better when it is as a result of a vote by your own diners. This award is the culmination of nine happy, yet hardworking years. It is so nice to know people appreciate us considering the competition in the local area. Our chef’s have won awards where they have worked before, which have become stepping-stone to go into other competitions. Maybe now we can do that here.

 

Shah Hussain went on to say “Good staff is the key and the award is not just for one person but for all who work at Qmin. It is good to know that the training and knowledge has paid off. It’s the way that you treat people that give the overall experience for the diner. Our chefs provide a continuity of quality in the kitchen, which means that the food is of the same quality whichever day they call.”
