Come & Play Live 'n' Deadly in Beacon Park.

Running every weekend until Sunday 18 December, between 10am and 3pm, Beacon Park’s rangers are inviting children to solve the wildlife 'crime' mystery.

Inspired by CBBC’s wildlife and adventure show, children will be presented with a wildlife crime scene, and asked to solve who has eaten who, with the help of eight clues and a deadly detective booklet.

Councillor Val Richards, Cabinet Member for Leisure Services “Lots of children enjoyed the Deadly Scene Investigation during October half term, so we have extended the trail so more children can take part. Children simply need to buy their DSI booklet for 50p from the golf kiosk and follow the clues. Once they have solved the puzzle, investigators will be given a certificate, badge and a secret code which they can use on CBBC’s Live ‘n’ Deadly online game.”

The deadly detective booklet costs 50p and can be brought from Beacon Park’s golf kiosk (next to the crazy golf course), between 10am and 3pm. Deadly DSI is available while stocks last.

For more information call the park rangers on 01543 308869 or email parks@lichfielddc.gov.uk

Beacon Park rangers are also offering the Deadly DSI to key stage two school groups (KS2). For more information please contact Ruth Witczak, Beacon Park’s Community and Educational Officer, on 01543 308869.
