Lichfield Winter Beer and Wine Festival at the Guildhall

There is good news for lovers of Real Ales and Wines because the very popular Lichfield Winter Beer & Wine Festival  returns to the splendid Lichfield Guildhall on Friday and Saturday February 4th/5th.


The festival is open from Noon-11.00pm each day with entry just £1.50 up to 5.30pm  and just £2.50 after 5.30pm  on both the Friday and Saturday.
There will be over 35 beers available from a number of local breweries from Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Yorkshire, Cheshire with a number of very special brews!! Plus traditional ciders and over twenty wines will be available from around the world including Argentina, Australia, Chile, South Africa, France.

Besides the Fine Beers, Fine Wines, Fine Ciders and superb community atmosphere music will be provided by  ‘Grey Goose Blues Band ‘ with classic blues on Friday . On Saturday the very lively and entertaining ‘Shamus O’Blivion & the Megadeth Morrisman ‘ will  provide the music !!

Lichfield Arts Director Brian Pretty said “This is excellent news the festival is enjoyed by all members of the community but also attracts visitors from all parts of the country” He Added “Even the famous Pork Pies will make an appearance” He advised intending  visitors to purchase their tickets well in advance


Cold food will be available with a wide range of bottled beers and a full range of soft drinks for the drivers.
