Heritage Trail

Lichfield is one of the smallest cathedral cities in England and has a rich and varied past. Learn more about the city on this tour.

On top of the city tours, there is also a chance to explore one of Lichfield District’s delightful villages, on the Alrewas Village Tour. Taking place on Sunday 14 August at 2pm, this is a tour around the pretty and historic village. The tour costs £5.50, which includes a cup of tea or coffee and scone at the George and Dragon public house.

 

Cllr Louise Flowith, Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for Tourism, said: “Going on a walking tour is a good way to find out more about Lichfield’s past. August is the perfect time to take a tour as we’re offering 10 percent off all our walking tours to Lichfield Special Offer card holders during this month.
