Following an impressive list of entries that saw 51 decorated Christmas trees line the aisles of the cathedral over the holiday period, prizes were awarded to the most striking displays in three categories as voted for by visitors.

Winners of the schools category were the Lindsworth School in Birmingham who are going to use their £250 prize money to bring a graffiti artist to the school to work with students in creating a new mural.

In the charity category, the winners were judged to be Burntwood Breast Care who will use their £250 prize money to help support women suffering with, or who have suffered from Breast Cancer.
